We are  proud to offer our students small, personalized classes with lessons that suit the unique developmental needs of middle-school and the portfolio development needs of high school.

We’ve established these policies to ensure ease of registration and the quality of your experience.

REGISTRATION

We make every effort to place students in their first-choice class; otherwise, assignments are made in the order registration forms are received. Tuition must be received no later than the first day of class.

There is no compensation for classes that are misses. However, make-up time within the realm of virtual learning is flexible and easy to arrange. No refunds will be given after the second class.

CLASS ATTENDANCE

To make optimum progress, students must set a regular time for class and complete two hours of study per week. When it is not possible to attend class due to illness or schedule conflict, it is easy to may up time missed. Virtual study permits rescheduling work time during the week using the individualized instructional packet. Students are welcome to email questions concerning assignments during the week. However, Hangouts will not be available.

ART SUPPLIES

During the fall 2020 semester, Miss M learned that parents prefer that she order and direct-deliver supplies to their homes. Moving forward, Miss M will determine which supplies each student will need, order them, and have them mailed to the student’s home. Ordering individual art materials for distance learning is more expensive than sharing community supplies in a brick-and-mortar classroom. Therefore, Miss M may be adjusting the cost of tuition for the next two semesters until the cost for direct art supply delivery service is adequately covered. However, Miss M is confident that tuition will remain at or below the 2019 studio rate, since we no longer must factor in the leasing of a brick-and-mortar studio.
